On finding the perfect property:
Our professional negociators will put forward you offer. Once accepted we take 3.000€ reservation for apartments and 5.000€ reservation for villas. The reservation is taken so the property is taken off the market whilst the property searches, pre-sales contracts and inventory's are obtained.
Providing everything goes forward smoothly, within a month the pre-sales contracts are signed and 10% deposit is paid (less the initial reservation). All money is transfered to the Seller and the property will be sold to you on completion at the Notary as per the agreed contract.
Before going to completion, you can visit the property and learn how everything functions with the proprietors (if possible) and to make sure everything is as expected.
We accompany you to the Notary and make sure the new Title Deed is correct. Once the sale has completed, you will receive the keys to your new home and we will do the change of name on all services the property offers Eg. water, electric, telephone, internet, rates, rubbish collection etc.
