Telephone Lines

For line installation the initial charge is around €180 from Telefonica (Spain's national telephone company) then the line is yours to transfer at a later date, with a minimum charge of connection fees in the new location. Line rental and call consumption is charged every 2 months. With the telephone company “Telefonica” you are charged a monthly line rental and usually a monthly fee for the rental of the phone apparatus. In the event that you have your own apparatus you can avoid paying the latter fee, but this means that any future repairs to the internal phone lines have to be paid for independently by the property owner.
